Cocoon playhouse for your kitten

If you're a loving cat person (such as myself) it means you spoil the little furry brat of yours with everything that comes on the market of pet toys and accessories although you know that the cute little monster will still sleep in your bed, play with a plain piece of string and scratch your entire furniture.

Nevertheless I fell in love with this Cat Cocoon designed by Warren Lieu that not only makes a modern playhouse for your pet but also an interesting piece of sculpture for the living room. The thick, durable, layered cardboard shell, great for claws sharpening, features playful holes irresistible for sticking little paws through. The multi-functional pet furniture it is at the same time a cat lounger, a scratching post, a playhouse and a fun hiding place.

WOW...all that money for what is essentially cardboard! I adore my 5 rescued cats, but I just cannot begin to imagine paying that much money for cardboard, I don't care what the great design is. I would rather spend it on mutliple items that are just as interesting and fun for them. Great idea, great design, but it's still cardboard!

Was disappointed that the restaurant was not open when we were there on Sunday. It was our 23rd wedding anniversary and we scheduled this stay to have our dinner in house. I had looked into the Grouse Mountain Lodge and Whitefish Lake Lodge but had been told by co-workers about your facility and they had suggested it to us. When we arrived your front desk clerk offered that we could cancel our reservation and go to one of the other Lodges, however we opted to stay. The room was very nice and we enjoyed our stay in it. The outside hot tub was not functioning because the pump was broken and the outside pool was not in use (seasonal). We will have to call your business rather than book our room online to make sure that all of the amenities are available before we book our next stay.

thanks anonymous; I would definitely refer to an inspiration source, but there wasn't really any except for karate suits. The situation with Nelly was very different, because they took free blog content that was meant to be an antidote to buying and commercialism; a DIY project, and turned it into something profitable. I saw it as a direct attack on blogs, who put free ideas out there. I think it is totally OK to take inspiration, and for designers to interpret the same concept in their own way though. The pants were inspired on karate pants, Romeo made the coat based on a shirt which he also made some months ago, what he did was elongate the pattern to make it into a coat. On him it was going to be more of a hip length, fitted jacket. But on me it turned out to look more like a cocoon coat. This is one of those projects which turned out to be completely different than planned.
