Moshi clock - voice activating and talking alarm clock
The excess of alarm clock options offered to us today makes us wonder how far are people ready to go to just press the snooze button one more time.
Moshi clock voice activating allow you to set the clock time and alarm. When it hears you say, "Hello Moshi," the device will respond with, "Command please." After this you can use any of its 12 built-in, voice-activated orders to make clear which tasks you would like it to carry out.
The World Blind Union officially endorses the Moshi IVR Alarm Clock, for its simplicity of use through verbal commands significantly benefits the blind society.
The Moshi further assists by telling you the temperature of the room, the current date, or even to change its lighting for nighttime, all when asked by you. The Moshi talking alarm clock costs $50, which is a good deal bearing in mind it allows you to set or turn off the alarm clock without having to move your hands or even open your eyes.

where can i buy one
Hi, i live in the UK and the MOSHI talking is not on sale here.
can you please tell me where i can buy one and how much it would cost for clock and to send it to the UK.
many thanks.
mick.,
Don't waste your money
I bought this clock and tried it last night, and am extremely disappointed.
1. You can only snooze once.
2. The nightlight feature, which is the only way that you can see the clock's time at night, is too bright, and can't be dimmed. It also cycles through colors, some of which are too bright for sleeping.
3. Response to the command prompt is spotty at best.
4. We never managed to get the sleep sound function to actually work.
5. The device comes with NO instructions, other than a list of the commands on the back of the clock.
Returned the clock
I returned the clock to the dealer where I ordered it, for these reasons:
1. I did figure out how to get the sleep sounds to work, although they are pretty awful, and the volume can't be adjusted. Not only that, but they last just 5 minutes, the point of which I fail to understand.
2. The volume of the voice prompts is loud and can't be changed; how did they expect someone to check the time in the dark of night without waking the other person in the bed?
3. The nightlight cycles thru the 6 colors, and some are too bright. The red one would be great, but you can't select a single color.
4. To set the alarm, you have to listen to the explanation EVERY time; why is that? The voice prompts should all be short, and I shouldn't have to reset the alarm time every day. I should be able to use the same alarm time every day.
A great idea, but a pretty useless first version. I give this 2 out of 5 stars.
